Below is monochromatic star quilt for Renee, completed Fall 2005.
I found a very nice material with birds and bittersuite. I fussy cut it so that there would be a bird in each center of my fall log cabin quilt blocks.
Then I had the problem of deciding how to put it together. There are so many ways to do it.
Here is one of the more traditional ways. I am also experimenting with how to do the border.
